Following graduation from the Bsc Architecture & Environmental design at Sheffield Hallam University in 2010 I got my first taste of the industry with 9 months in the planning and building control departments at Doncaster Council.

 

This in-office experience then led to a full time position at a small Architects practice in Leeds in 2011 a position which I retain today part-time, as I study the part-time Masters of Architecture at Leeds Beckett University. 

 

In practice I have gained experience in a variety of sectors but I have developed a particular interest for residential projects with a desire to improve the quality of output in new build housing. 

 

I have also managed two private jobs, conceptual designs for a sports & recreation facility and a 3D modelling project.

 

Since 2010 I have sat on my local Design Review Panel critiquing new projects which come to Doncaster alongside other professionals, I am keen to be involved to help ensure a quality, well designed built environment for my local community.

 

I have a personal interest in self-sufficiency and in exploring the 'agent' I would be interested to explore participation.
